Highly recommended as low impact type of exercise, getting you fitter gradually over time, and in a very safe way.

TaiChi is a very good tool fighting against Stress, fatigue and anxiety - one of the main triggering factors in many serious illnesses.
At first TaiChi practice is slow, so attention can be paid to the accuracy and correct application of the movement. This also helps to avoid injury and the development of bad habits. Later however, TaiChi becomes faster and vigorous as the body becomes stronger and more coordinated.
